RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Can I return this and get my money back? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Let's be right up front. We are a small member of a wonderful community, and there are some things we just can't do and still stay in business. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will make every effort to make sure everything's just right before you give us your hard-earned money. You have 7 DAYS to contact us if something is not as expected. Not all items are returnable. In-store credit only on return-able items in re-sellable condition. With the exception of warranty issues, all returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%. Please note the following items are NON-RETRUNABLE: clearance items, consignment instruments, open boxes of reeds and string sets, single reeds and strings, books on in like-new condition, small instruments that can't be properly sanitized (harmonicas, penny whistles, kazoos, etc...), all electronics. Thanks for your understanding.

2. If I call you and together we agree that something can be returned, what's the procedure? In Anchorage, just come by the store during business hours. If mailing something back to us, please be sure you have requested a "return authorization code" for the item(s) being returned. Include this RA code, your name, contact phone number, and email address inside your package. Remember to send your package insured and traceable.
