OM’s are articulate and comfortable to play due to their reduced body depth. Eastman takes a creative departure from the traditional by equipping their OM’s with a 24.9 scale length. The E20OM-TC goes through a thermo-cure process with cooks off the oils, sugars, and resins in the wood and done in a controlled heat environment to essentially speed up a 50 year process, opening the guitar up to a full range of tones. This creates a louder guitar, perfect for musicians trying to compete with noisier instruments.
